I wondered if you had all those problems with the phone co. not recognizing what you typed in because maybe you had the CAPS LOCK on and it was putting in the numbers or letters as CAPS - that has happened to me before and I didn't realize it. <br />I had to call Comcast (now called XFinity) the other day and it went pretty smoothly when I was expecting to be on the phone for hours. It's just gotten so aggravating trying to do business anymore over the phone with no one willing to staff real people. <br />Kinda reminds me of the theory of the possible new Labor Secretary wanting to replace all the live human workers at fast food joints with robots... I can just see it all now... I have a vision of that old I Love Lucy episode where she and Ethel are boxing up chocolates off a conveyor belt and it totally gets away from them!
