In addition, when a supervisor told me how good someone was, I passed the word; she deserved to know.)<br /><br />I've been writing complaint letters for years. The response dictates whether or not I will patronize the business again. I'm a little upset with bissell at this point in the way our carpet steam cleaner issue was handled and sadly the head does not seem to care in my case .
