What I would do is tell everybody what's going on. That way they'll have a heads up and there won't be any surprises and they can chug vitamin C or however they deal with germy threats. And you'll get perks - fussing over you, getting you tea, making sure you're warm. And if you do get REALLY sick, there probably is no better place you could be.
