We'd get a temp who wanted a typewriter because she was afraid of the computer and was sure she would blow something up. I would explain that the very worst that could happen would be that she'd have to retype the whole document -- which could, of course, happen with a typewriter too.<br /><br />I told one girl that, if she was uncomfortable with "double click," she could click once and then enter.<br /><br />I also had a young person who knew nothing about computers. I called him <a href="http://l-empress.liscious.net/older/005498.html" rel="nofollow">the Airhead</a>.
